About Me

Hello!

I’m Nilam! I support individuals looking for healing from the impact of relational trauma and emotionally complex families.

Many of my clients describe feeling anxious, guilty, or invisible; like they’re always there for others but rarely get that same care back. Some are new parents trying to make sense of old family patterns as they build their own. Others are professionals or students who can handle anything at work, but feel small or unsure in close relationships.

My approach is gentle, curious, and collaborative. We’ll go at your pace, exploring what shaped you without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself. I blend relational and body-based approaches, helping you notice how your emotions and nervous system respond to the people and situations around you.

Our work is about understanding; not blaming. You’ve learned to survive in ways that made sense at the time. Therapy is the space to start living in a way that feels freer, steadier, and more authentic.
